I am quite sure that was said in jest. Who is going to fashion a teething ring made out of casino chips when you can buy a real one for $2? Based upon recent news, the comment was obviously a joke. A teething ring for a baby made out of poker chips? I was rolling when I saw that... If anyone regardless of whether or not they saw the news were to do that anyway...well, they need more help than we can provide on this board.
