It's all the same. It's a transfer of money. A seller is going to use the manner of selling that is most efficient to him or her. If a buyer is unwilling to utilize those avenues, they will sometimes miss out on some great deals and the seller will still sell. Contrary to the old adage, the customer is not always right.
