OK...here is a question(and parts to that question) that perhaps only a few people will know so if you have any answers,please let us all know.
Many of us who collect Halloween chips were very disappointed with this year's designs(pin ups?....nice imagination!) from some of the casinos which leads me to ask:
1.Who decides what designs are accepted by the casino on their LE chips or even for their house chips?
2.Who would you have to contact and how can one submit a design for a chip?
3.Would that artwork be rewarded financially or would you get a simple thanks and a few chips?

I see many personals out there with great graphics...sometimes better than the casinos...so I wonder if people like us ever have a chance at getting their artwork on a chip and making some money at it as well.
Anyone????
