I won a banknote on eBay and paid a fair price on it. The seller posted a scan and identification only, NO REFUNDS clearly posted. This note was in the ~$10+ price range (not a bank breaker).

Recieved the note from him today... the note is torn 1~1½ inches! The tear matched perfectly when pressed on the scanner and it is very hard to detect unless YOU BLOW IT UP. A tear on a banknote is about like a crack in a chip! Would love to warn others but I don't want a negative. Feedback ransom strikes again!

I have never been screwed as a seller, this makes the 4th time as a buyer.

I feel better now that I have vented.
