The buyer is 100% wrong! He says in the feedback he gave you that "I saw them as $1.00 tokens". How is that possible, since the picture clearly shows that they are 25¢ tokens? Then he is wrong again to not just E-Mail you before posting any feedback. You do not owe him a refund, but if you were to give him one, you should not do so unless the feedback can be removed.
