My wife has a space in the local antique mall and I buy chips there when I can find them. I bought some California chips from one of the dealers a couple of months ago. I talked to them and asked if they had any more - they didn't but said they would let me know if they found anything. They found this great Ponderosa $5 this week. I have been looking for one of these for a long time. I don't think this is a rare chip but it is not seen frequently on eBay - the last one I saw was back in April. Sure made me happy to get it.
