I'm planning on listing some thing for sale on and I'd like to get some tips on getting a better selling edge. Stuff like:

What day to have the listing end on?
Starting price vs. cost.
Reserve vs. No Reserve.
Ad design templates or plain?
Big lots vs. small?
Insurance or Use the combined with Shipping option?

You get the idea of the type of questions and hints I'm looking for. Maybe if we get enough good ideas Doug could combine it all re-write it for his Newbie Tips.
