I won a chip about a week ago for a bargain $1 and so waited for the seller to quote me the postage cost.
The next day I see that they have entered $9!!!! for postage to the UK from the US. This is for standard international airmail.

Now I know from hundreds of dealings on both Ebay and the chipboard that it is always between $1.80 and $3 maximum for the shipping. So I have sent this information to the seller but with no reply. a few days later I send the same information but again with nothing back.

With it being so long since I won the item I'm afraid of receiving the dreaded negative feedback.

What are my options now? Pay the $10 total for a common $1 chip when I know I'm being done?
