Will the information you want to display in Excel all show on the screen at once? If so, you could do a [shift][print screen] to copy it, and then paste it into a graphics program, like Windows Paint, then save it as a JPEG.
If it's larger than will fit on the screen at one time, maybe multiple screenshots? I'm sure somebody else will have a better idea.
