Did the lady have the postage cost listed on her auction or did she just say buyer pays shipping. If she had the postage cost listed I don't think it's fair to leave her negative feedback even though I think the fee is exorbiant (sp?). If she didn't have it listed that's different. I had a guy come unglued one time because I charged $1 when it was listed right on the description. Then he left neutral feeback but was kind of nasty.
