My recommendation is NOT TO BUY chips from any casino that deals in this sort of manner. This includes the Four Queens, Tropicana and one or two other casinos. I also don't buy their chips from any dealer, or else you are supporting the casinos and dealers' selling behavior.

Don't create the demand and this "You're not on the list" or "We're sold out" will not happen. The dealers will stop buying (to some extent) if nobody is buying. (The dealers will still buy to see if demand is there, but then they will sell redeem the chips back to the casinos when they realize that no one is buying and need to get their investment/inventory money back.)

But that's my option!
