No,I knew the cost would be $10 but I figured since the seller was already charging me $3.75 for regular mail(should be under $2.00),I would not mind spending the extra money to make sure that it got here since it was an expensive chip. Sometimes I think that those small packages are just waiting for an opportunity to be stolen especially when you have to list the contents along with the value.
Like I said...have never lost an item yet until these two chips from two different places.
