i looked at the reels and there is no way to get 21 on the first two card. the only way to get '21' with two cards is to get a blank on the first reel, a 10 on the second and a 1/11 on the third reel, which pays 100 if you tie the 21 on the dealer reel. If my math is right, right around 1 in just over 14,000. there are 11 numbers on each reel, but only 1 of each of those.
