At the Brockway Springs meet, a new activity has been added to chipping and that would be the Chippers Tennis Ladder. The athleticism and gasping for air at 8500 ft was commendable considering the age and weight of the participants. The team of Jung / Landau barely out-gasped the competition of Seymour/Seymour establishing number one and two of the newly formed ladder. All challengers are welcome, appropriatly needing to defeat the Seymours to qualify hitting balls at Landau. Bring your racquests to the Tropicana PRIOR to the convention and check in with Bruce who has volunteered his services to organize and post ladder standings. Players under 55 will be deducted appropriate handicapping for each year under 55. i.e. a player under 50 would have to give up 4 games per set against Seniors over 55 etc. Thin players without chippers bellys are not elegible under any circumstances.
