Has anyone had any dealings with "rmoss841"? His name is Dale Stuart. The item on eBay is #110182855645. It was advertised to be a 3rd edition $25 Tropicana chip, green with 3 peach inserts. The image does have 3 peach inserts, but he sent V3562, green with 3 orange inserts, an "E" value chip in TCR ($15 - $19). The advertised chip has a value rating of R-7 ($50 - $125). I have written 3 times with no reply and posted Negative Feedback. I'm not asking for advice, but alerting you to his business practices. Beware.
