If you don't get it by later today, I'll send it when I get home. I've had similar problems. Sometimes I've right clicked and copied the picture. I was then able to paste it in my "Microsoft Photo manager" which came with my computer and view it. Other times I've right clicked and saved to my C-drive. I would then double click on the file while in Mirosoft Explorer and the associated viewer file would pop-up and show the scan.

Actually, as Peter said, I have no idea what I'm talking about.
