they pull the selers auction. I have done it many times when I was a power seller as my photos had a unique background that my customers came to know as my auctions. I once received a complaint that a chip never came and after I loked up the auction # I found that it was my photo and a different seller. That seller was tarnishing my name and you must protect yourself. I would ask the seller to remove the auction and or the photo if it has no bids
