Decided to collect the Budweiser Christmas Mugs. It gave me something to look for at flea markets and such places. Once I'd found all the obsolete ones, I only added to the collection once a year when a new mug came out. Then they came out with mugs I didn't like, but I 'had' to buy 'em anyway to keep the collection complete. Then I ran out of room on the shelves I was displaying them on, so I'd buy a new mug and put it in the basement. I decided that buying mugs I didn't like, just to store 'em in the basement, was a stupid waste of money. I lost interest and moved on to something else.

Casino stuff is much more interesting, and there's history and stories that go with the stuff...and we do only buy Nevada stuff (well 98% of the time, anyway! )
