if Gene requests that you not respond to his posts or mention him in any of your posts, why not extend the courtesy that he requests...doesn't seem to be too difficult to me. Gene may rub you the wrong way, he's done it with others, so why perpetuate these hard feelings? It does not reflect well on either of you, quite honestly, but Gene's already done his "time" & earned the respect of many, many people in this hobby.

You'll do what you want, but why not just respect his wishes? You may consider it "censorship", I consider it simple courtesy.
