After having a day to think about everything you've written here, there are a few things I'd like to say, and while I did hesitate at offering more to this thread, your statement "David it was done on the convention floor near his table believe me he will not respond to this, thank you joe pavlik" is the reason I will offer more.

There were calls for more volunteers at the convention this year. I would have volunteered, but that would have meant I might have had to talk to you. On the convention floor, one is kind of trapped into engaging in conversation with anyone who might happen upon them at a table. I have been a convention volunteer in the past, and I enjoyed doing it. I was just too leery of being forced to having you in my face at a convention table for me to volunteer this year. If Wayne called you an ass, he wasn't swearing at you, nor was he calling you a name. He was stating a fact.

On this message board in this thread, you have claimed Wayne sent out illegal material. You have accused the man of committing a crime. That is libel. Expect repercussions from that.
