... is when there's a simple question posted by a first time poster such as "how do I join" or whatever (something similar), it just doesn't look too good if we jump all over their case by screaming "Hey, you got a last name?" Regarding the troll posts, there haven't been that many of them thru the years to set up any wall between us and first-time posters.
