I believe this is the thread that encourages non-members to speak up and offer suggestions that may or may not be accepted, as Doug put it. I'm sure the opportunity to discuss those suggestions in more detail will come later, Gene. Of course, I don't take offense to the give-and-take, but it might keep others from speaking up.
