When you upload your image, the url appears in the middle of the screen, right below the image. Copy that url and paste it where it says "Optional Image URL" below your message, before you post your message. Alternatively, you can paste it into your message between the following, without the spaces: [ pic ][ / pic ]. It looks like this when you do it:

If you get the image from the database, you find the url in the address bar of your browser (it may include excess information, though). Here is your picture:
