There is a way to do it here at the message board, and I am sure someone can explain it to you, but I use a different method. I signed up for a free account at www.photobucket.com. I upload very easily my images there, and then use the links they auto generate and add it in the Optional Image URL box here on this form to post. I include one image below that is linked from photobucket, then I also use it to add images to my website. It is free and simple enough for anyone to use. Good luck however you do it.
