Surly if you read the entire thread again you can see how they may have been mistaken as accusational towards the sender of the package (As this thread started to be about a particular damaged package). I was possibly a little quick to jump on the defensive as Walter is a great guy and I would defend him any way I can.

I am sure you can also understand why the comment you made in the last post of " That is just part of the business and if you are unwilling to do that, then you are in the wrong business" might have rubbed me the wrong way. Indeed this is not a business for me and I felt I was being attacked for not doing what you thought was right (And other may not feel that way).

I on the other hand do now understand what you are trying to say and possibly took both of these comments a little harder than I should have.
