To Jim Follis and anyone else who is interested -- attached is a sample of a casino information sheet created by Dean and Jodi. The sheets contain varied information such as an old postcard picture, their chips, tokens, matches, various script, brief history, etc. I purchased the sheets from them over the years and currently have around 80.
