I read it all because I had the time, I like the points you make, and I agree with most of them.

I wish you a speedy recovery also as I don't want to take you to BBQ again until you are well (and I do want to do it again). I think it would be a VERY bad idea to grab a rib from your plate, even if it was to help you with it.
