Went to UPS yesterday to mail a box to California (Poway) for work. Was told by the clerk it was in the fire zone. He wouldn't send it just yet. Try back in afew days.

He said you could send it but it may end up in some warehouse some place and who knows if it would be delivered. By the looks of the fire, it may be months.

Is the Post Office the same way for sending to California?
