Yes, the Membership Officer does send out renewal reminders on a Quarterly basis. According to a call I placed to Sunday last week, and an email I have from her and her 1st, Membership Officer Report in the CCTN, the renewal cards for this Quarter have been sent.

As in the past, the Membership Officer kindly requests that all members keep track of their own expiration dates and be pro-active in their pre-reminder payment of dues. In doing so it saves the Club the cost of postage, as well as reducing the processing labors of the Membership Officer.

Additionally, sending an email to the Membership Officer (or any of the Club's Officers and Appointed personnel) is an appropriate and in most instances a more direct method to pose questions and get a timely response. While posting here on TheChipBoard may be read by an Officer and from time-to-time responded to by an Officer, it remains that this is not the place to conduct official business, while the Message Board is an Official location, and more directly are the email addys of those people.

All of the Club's Officers and most of the Appointed position members can be contacted at the generic email addy, preceeded by the individuial's position.
