... especially the Britanis; my all-time favorite which did the 2-day Miami/Freeport crossing. Their casino was full-blown, but their chips were generic. This whole operation was Greek and on holidays such as Easter, they would start pit roasting whloe lambs on the deck early in the morning for the crew and guests....
