buildings. I have a huge problem with priviate businesses. If it's my business, I set the rules as long as it's a legal product. Cigarettes, cigars, and pipes are legal products. In Louisville, our glorious board passed a smoking ban for all businesses except Churchille Downs. What a $%^&ing joke. I guess the employees and patrons of the race track don't have the same privleges as employees and patrons of all other businesses. Once more, if you don't like smoke, DON'T GO or DON't work there. How difficult is that to understand?
