I was putting some chips from the convention away this week and ran into a UV phenomenom that I have never seen before. I had 2 $1 chips from a Naples Fl dog track. Neither had a UV security symbol but one whole chip glowed under the light and the other didn't glow at all. Very close inspection reveald that one chip had a slightly different color of printing in one area. So I kept both as different variations. The question is has anyone seen a whole chip that glowed before?
