Donald C. Hatch, who worked as a pit boss, admitted he stole $5,400 from July 2006 to March 2007. Hatch swiped chips from the casino tables.
Prosecutors say Hatch would have friends or family cash in the chips he stole. He was eventually confronted by tribal gaming inspectors when they noticed him removing chips from a roulette table.
Hatch will be sentenced in January. He faces up to five years in jail and a $250,000 fine.
