I don't care about the policy at any of these casinos. I buy on the secondary market like many other out-of-towners. But when an issue of 100 or 1000 or whatever the quantity is depleted in 1 or 2 days, I find it hard to believe they are "chipper friendly". I pick up a few here and there from Dave Harber or Andy Hughes and I don't mind paying a premium (well, hardly ever) for something I know I can't get when I'm 700 miles away.
I personally don't think it's a strategically good move for these casinos. But then again, I don't know any casino managers/executives that give a hoot about chippers. The bottom line is that they want to make money. If they choose to issue a limited number of chips, I don't feel it's in anyones best interest. Then again, it keeps Cheques in the Mail in business. ;-)
Now I thought there was only one individual on that FQ list? Can anyone sign up to be on that list?
