I was assuming 2 but ok 4 works the same way...with rarities the price for the next available chip is not always lower...but maybe higher. A few times I passed on chips for a stated price and then paid a higher price later...one sale on an e-bay auction establishes the current value the next available mabe higher or lower depending on supply & demand. If another popped up on e-bay at a lower opening bid I'd assume there were more out there. With chips you never know when and if a few more or a few thousand will come into the market this effects how much I will pay at a given time. 15 years ago most C&S chips could be found in bargain bins at $1 each...a few years ago Google was selling at $100 a share....both have come a long way...
