Just ot off the phone with another source who says he was working there at the time and planned on cashing them later. He's not only in trouble for stealing them but for being a casino worker while stealing them. In an unrelated case the son of the mayor of Seattle was charged in embezzling for a casino on the Canadian border. I believe he was a pit boss at the time but that is trusting my memory.
