Hi Greg that´s what I tryed, I requested him a cash refund for first and his answers was: -No way!!!, send back the chip and once I get it here I will send you another one, and I´m not going to answer you more e-mails!
Hi wasen´t very helpfull, so I leaved a negative feedback on Ebay with the link of the picture so everyone can see the real chip.
This was his answer:

listen taco brain. your feedback i can care less. i was being fair with you all you have to do is return it and another one would have been mailed.
do whatever you want, all that they will say is he offered to replace it get a life looser and stop trying to screw people and learn how to write in english

WOw I know my english isn´t very good but I´m shure it´s not reason to loose the respect with me!
