The CC>CC Convention auction is reserved for better chips and sets because of the limitted amount of time available and the incredible amount of chips and chippers at the show. I guess that there are a lot of chippers at the convention who do not attend the auction because they don't regularly buy $100+ chips.

We are probably too late for this year, but how about:

o Auction for chips valued $100 and under
o No live bidding, bid board only, a la Bob Mera
o Text only listing of the lots, available from the CC>CC Web Site prior to the convention
o Bids accepted by email prior to the convention and at the convention, up to the last evening (Friday)
