OK. I agree w/ most of the posts. What I don't agree w/ is that, w/ Nascar esp. it depends on where you take the pic. If I buy a grandstand ticket, take pics and sell them, that is ok. BUT if I get credentials from Nascar and take pics and sell them that is not ok. This is where I fell in.

As for the chip scans, I totally agree w/ Pete. Buy the crap in question and scan them and post all over the net that they are fakes and even on your Ebay auctions, scan the real one and the fake one side by side, and say "There is a lot of fake crap on Ebay, do your homework before buying!"
