Stuff happens. I insure any package with over $20 in chips. The best insurance, though, is a padded mailer. First of all it protects the identity of what is inside. Chips look like silver dollars when inside a regular envelope which is an added enticement to have the chip removed. The bubble padding will insure that the chip is not damaged in transit. I once received a chip in the mail, packed in a regular envelope, that arrived cracked in half. A chip is a terrible thing to waste. Only mail chips in padded envelopes.
