I travel to Southern Texas and Mexico often.
There are many of what they call Winter Texans on the border living in trailer parks.

When I go into Mexico there are many pharmacies offering prescription drugs at reduce prices, no prescription necessary.

They are in business and very busy to the locals on both sides of the border
I always thought about buying stuff, but always afraid of counterfeits

So all I bring back is Alcohol..*vbg*

But we do pay too much for meds.. I know I need 8 different pills in the AM and another 5 at night.
At least my back doesn't hurt anymore, thanks to surgery
