I have available for sale all of the Chip Forum/Gaming Times magazines, except Chip Forum Issue No. 4. Bill Akeman started the magazine in April 1996 as the "Chip Forum" and ceased publishing "Gaming Times" after the the Volumne 4, Issue 7 July 1999 issue. The magazine name was changed to "Gaming Times" in September 1996.

The magazines are chock full of articles (a lot of information, some history) by some of the hobby's prolific writers of the time. There's Neal Silverman's "The Electronic Chipper"; Norma Jean King's token articles; Jim Kruse on Riverboats; Jeff Laudeman on Casino Dice; Janice O'Neal's News and Views; Michael Knapp's ever-informative articles on our great hobby; Dale Seymour on Ivory Chips; Howard Herz on Gaming Archaeology; Larry Lubliner; Steve Cutler, Curator, Nevada Gold Museum; Doc Finstuen's "You Bet Your Life"; Gene Trimble; Steve Piccolo on Atlantic City; James Campiglia (when he carried a comb ); and many, many others.
