My wife and I have recently started buying and selling on ebay - five times this year "so far" we have had chips lost in the mail. In our winning response we state that insurance is optional but if the buyer does not purchase the insurance we will not be responsible for chips lost in the mail. We would like to know from someone that is more experienced in these matters what is the correct thing to do, do we refund the money or send a duplicate chip, or tell them that we offered the insurance but they did not opt to take it so they are out the chip. So far we have sent another chip if we have it and if not we have been refunding their money but this is getting rather expensive. Mike CC>CC R-4067
