We used a card like that in a machine that was kind of like a keno game. It was about 14 years ago. Before all the big Indian casinos started here in WA. The place was Puyallup Bingo Palace. It had bingo and a little room with about 30 Cadillac Jack machines. You put money on the card and use it in the machines. The place is now The Emerald Queen. It was sort of like the Rocket games, only numbers instead of bingo.
