Michael. I would definitely say that the Monte is OUT! Project City Center has taken over that block and made a mess of the whole area. Lot of guys are parking over there and walking to the CC. Dust and noise are always present. I would suggest you stay at the Monte in say, 2 years . In the pic below, just to the left of this mess is the Monte Carlo. How bout Caesars??
