I emailed the seller and got back this very polite response:

Hi Larry,
Well I'll be darned, I relooked it up this morning and you are correct it is
the 6th issue chip....I guess that's what I get for rushing....looks like I
need to slow down!
Anyway's, thanks for bringing that to my attention...whoever has bidded I
will have to tell them.
