"How many does Gene pre-sell at the Fiesta etc......"

Question: How did Gene or the Fiesta get involved with this thread?

I do not remember any chipper, ever complaining, that they walked into the Fiesta, anytime in the 1st 72 hours after a chip release, and not getting what they needed.
