Thanks for your replies, I got the photo that I needed. Now, I need to know some options for getting some racks of the below chip made. I need to either get 1000, 1500 or 2000 chips made. I would like to get a company that makes the sticker insert type, and a company that makes the chipco type full printed chip.

I would appreciate any vendors to call or manufacturing plants to contract. I have about a 3 week window, but I assume that I need to get them to print as soon as possible.
