I have subscribed to the magazine not once but twice. First time, it took them 4 months to get the subscription started and receive the first magazine, but they listed the subscription date from the very beginning. When I contacted them, no correction was made. As far as the "free" coupon book, it never arrived. Even after talking to them and the office saying they sent it 3 different times. Stopped the subscription, but missed the magazine. Then about 8 months later I tried it again, with basically the same results. Is this any way to run a company? Anybody else having this kind of problem or is it just my luck?
