After reading you comment about the ie Vs Netscape, and went back to the Web Page I had made for the Harvey Fuller Collection Auction. There the nested tables look reasonable when viewed with ie, and not with Netscape. I reviewed the reference book on HTLM (Yes, I'm an old style Programmer and write my own code and don't use a WYSIWYG editor...). My code complied with the "book", and yet when I closed the table data tag, and viewed the page using Netscape - IT WORKED!!! THANKS for the heads up!!! I've been beating my head on the wall for a long time on this one...

Now I wonder if I should write the author about this issue...
